Making a payment
You can pay into our investment products with regular or single one-off payments using a debit card. For Child Trust Funds and Junior ISAs, we also accept other payment methods such as bank transfers and cheques.

Pay in by cheque
Send a cheque made payable to OneFamily (or made payable to the child) to:
FREEPOST ONEFAMILY (Please note, this is the full address)
On the reverse of the cheque, please write the child's name, date of birth, account number and your name and address.
An important word about cheques:
- Cheques need to be made out to the child’s full name or Family Equity Plan Ltd.
- We'll also need the child’s full name, date of birth, account number and your name and address on the back of the cheque.
- Without the above information, we won't be able to pay the money into the child’s account and won't be able to return the cheque to you.

You can make one-off payments or set up a standing order from any bank or building society using our bank details below.
Please use the child's account number as reference.
Please bear in mind that it's essential to use your child's account number as the reference; without this information, we won't be able to put the money into their account.

If you are the Registered Contact, you can email family and friends an invite to pay into your child's account online by Direct Debit or debit card. Click on the link below, follow the instructions and we’ll do the rest.
*Only available for accounts beginning with a 'C' or 'K'.
